At TheraNest, and our parent company, Therapy Brands, our number one goal is to provide you with the best software solutions and services, enabling you to focus on care. As we shared with account owners last month we will be migrating to our enhanced integrated e-prescribe solution in May.
We are excited that it is almost time to get you registered for our integrated e-prescribe solution, registration will begin on April 13, 2022.
In June 2022, we will begin migrating you to our enhanced e-prescribe solution. The new solution provides an integrated and intuitive experience that creates efficiency, supports quality patient care, and provides real-time benefits processing. You’ll also receive EPCS, PDMP Access & DEA audits, prior authorization processing, and pharmacogenomic support. These features are in addition to the award-winning prescription accuracy and tailored innovation you have come to expect from Therapy Brands’ products.
As a reminder, the price will not change for your e-prescribe tools, and the migration will take place at no cost. Plus, this transition will be facilitated by a personalized support team to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for you and your team.
Beginning April 13th, TheraNest Org Admins will see a new tab called NewCrop under Manage Subscriptions. As an Org Admin, you will need to subscribe each of your Providers following these steps. Once you add a Provider, they will receive an alert in TheraNest with a link to register.
As a Provider, once you receive the alert in TheraNest, click the link to complete registration for eRx only or for eRx with EPCS.
The registration process for e-prescribe only contains three parts: Entering Prescriber Information, Uploading Documents, and Identity Proofing. You will need to complete the entire registration process once you start.
